- Booking and Payment:
- Bookings can be made through our online platform on Viator, Tripadvisor, or our website www.vistachase.com.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us immediately to discuss options.
- We reserve the right to cancel any activity/tour due to severe weather conditions or it is not safe to operate.
- Tour Itinerary and Logistics:
- We plan and organize tour itineraries in YOHO National Park, Banff National Park, Jasper National Park, and Waterton Lakes National Park.
- Transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities are included as specified in the tour description.
- Our escorted guides will accompany you throughout the tour, providing assistance, information, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Safety and Emergency Procedures:
- Your safety is our priority. We have safety and emergency procedures in place, and our guides are trained to handle various situations.
- In case of emergency, dial 911. For fire reporting, dial 310.
- Privacy and Data Protection:
- We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with government regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
- Liability Disclaimer:
- While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Vista Chase and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained during the tour.
- Participation in tours is at your own risk. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
- Parks Canada Regulations:
- We respect and follow Parks Canada regulations in all the national parks where we operate.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
